With over 35 years of experience in the design and manufacture of medical devices our company is the perfect one stop shop for producing your new hybrid mattress system.

 

MJS Group designed the original pump unit for use in the first volume hybrid product over ten years ago.  Since that time we have produced OEM hybrids for several other well known UK companies and have manufactured a total of nearly 100,000 hybrid pumps since then.

 

In 2015 we moved into new, 35,000 sq ft,  premises to allow the company to expand and to be able to deal with the volume required for processing foam mattresses.

 

In 2016 we launched the GioForm range of pressure relief mattresses and cushions. It mainly focuses on Hybrid construction, with a full range of dynamic and static systems now available. These are the ideal candidate for re-branding.

 

If your company requires a more bespoke design then this is not an issue, as we have the complete design and production facilities all under one roof. From CAD design to CNC injection mould tool manufacture, through to PCB design and manufacture, Software writing, Sewing and HF welding departments. This is all capped off with a product assembly section where all products are 100% final tested, by a person.

 

Quality is an integral part of the company with a fully medical approved quality system which allows us to design and manufacture Class I and Class IIa medical devices.
